It has been my experience that BTC has fallen asleep at the wheel. Since January 8th, 2026. I have had many dropped, missed and incomplete calls, along with unexplained and vague errors flashing on my device. When reported, I was told , there's nothing to be concerned about. TODAY@1:38pm while in the public sphere All SERVICE!! ...ALL.. Service was lost! Thankfully my client had the presents of mind to physically check for my arrival. Ball in your court BTC.

BTC has upgrade it's services in data and voice,I use it primarily for International Business Calls and I use the internet to allow International Tech Support to remote in for those problems that require their expertise. I find their lond distance services well improved, (thank You ), BUT, when I Upgrade to much costlier plan I am penalized for doing so by not having my data roll over, that is Customer Dis-service and also,I can't call Aliv Network anymore without putting up additional cash.

Love this app, it's very easy and convenient. I can topup my cell phone and pay my landline bill all with one click. I don't ever have to worry about paying late fees because it gives you your bill and lets you know when it is due. I am loving it!!!🥰
