Take control of everyday spending with BudgetCare, a practical personal budget and expense tracker.

BudgetCare brings your expenses, income, category budgets and spending reports together in one clear place. Log purchases quickly, import supported statements and understand where your money goes each month.

TRACK EXPENSES EASILY

• Record expenses using the quick manual entry screen
• Use the built-in calculator for multiple calculations
• Add expenses using optional voice input
• Add merchant names, notes, categories, dates and times
• Review and delete individual or multiple transactions

IMPORT TRANSACTIONS

Import supported Excel, CSV and PDF statements from banks and payment services. BudgetCare extracts transactions, categorises recognised merchants and sends uncertain items to Review so that you remain in control.

SMART CATEGORISATION

Correct a merchant’s category once and BudgetCare can remember the rule for similar transactions. View, edit or delete categorisation rules whenever needed.

PLAN MONTHLY BUDGETS

• Create category-level monthly budgets
• Copy budgets from another selected month when required
• Monitor used, remaining, full and over-budget amounts
• Navigate between months using convenient controls
• See which categories need attention first

CLEAR REPORTS

Review monthly, quarterly and yearly summaries for income, spending and savings. Explore six-month spending trends, category breakdowns and individual transactions.

PRIVACY-FOCUSED DESIGN

Core financial records—including expenses, income, budgets, categories and imported transaction details—are stored locally on your device. BudgetCare does not contain advertising SDKs and does not sell financial information.

Firebase Authentication is used for account sign-in. Google Play handles subscription purchases. Optional voice input may use the speech-recognition service configured on your Android device.

SUBSCRIPTION REQUIRED

BudgetCare requires sign-in and an active monthly or yearly subscription to access the app. Both plans include all BudgetCare features. Pricing is displayed in your local currency by Google Play before purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through Google Play before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription from the Google Play subscription centre.
