Using the free version and it is awesome because I was following their workout plans already and every exercise they have is here (as far as I know), which doesn't happen with other apps. The only problem I have is that if for some reason I close the app by mistake mid workout, it doesn't let me save/update, it shows error. To not lose my progress I take a screenshot of the weights and reps, cancel the workout and then log in the workout again, then update it.

I got a pop up after completing a 1 hour workout that I had reached my limit of free custom workouts. It is a free app so I'm perfectly fine with limits. The notice should have happened when I first created or started the workout instead of at the end when I tried to finish it. I was forced to get the subscription so I didn't lose the data. Also, I keep getting the something bad happened error every time I open the app. Other then that, it's a great app & that doesn't require crazy permissions.

Best workout app. I love the gamification of working out. It has me as excited as playing a video game each day; except the workout gives me better endorphins. My favorite part of the app is the weekly and individual summary of muscles I targeted. I don't mind paying the subscription since I see it as paying for a virtual fitness instructor/personal trainer. Some minor bugs are expected in a new app. The bugs don't affect the main functionality.

What’s new

New Features:
- Add exercises dynamically to your active workout plans.
- Manage notifications β€” turn off any you don’t want.
- Filter notifications by type: All, Likes, Comments, or Following.
- Mark your custom exercises as unilateral for more precise tracking.
- Explore exercises by categorised filter based on muscle groups.
- Rest timer alert with sound if the app is in background.

Improvements:
- Added all the options while editing custom workouts templates
