lifting weights for many years and needed a change . This app along with using kettlebells is the best combination. It gives you daily workouts , explains the move and has the timer. I do wish this was DVD and monthly calendar based like P90 and Beachbody workouts etc but times have changed and everything is app based .... If you're new to kettlebells this is the perfect way to start. I paid for the yearly discount @$60 the author deserves it I watch him on YT and FB. No ads also.

I've tried every workout apps over 5 years—this one beats them all. Flawless interface, easy to use. Highlights: - Optional paid subscription (not forced) - Exercise library with descriptions, common mistakes, muscle groups - Muscle group categorization - Detailed filters: type, duration, equipment, category Clearly crafted with care, not rushed for profit. Every app should learn from this. Subscribe if you can—support developers who care.

Best kettle bell/fitness app available and believe me, I've downloaded enough of them to know! This is the first one I've left a review for so that speaks volumes itself. Decent, clear app, fair pricing with a 7 day free trial (I'd like to see that increased to 14 days ideally, but definitely not a deal breaker!) there's also a lot of free exercises. I signed up to premium very quickly as I was that happy with it! The workout programs are really good, videos to demonstrate each movement!
