Ratings and reviews

overpriced for what you get, severely limited app features, have to go to the website to perform most functions. many features locked behind higher pay level walls. there are easier, less expensive options available.

A lot of things are missing that are available on the desktop version. Why bother with the mobile app? Also, you'd think that clicking on a tenant will pull up their contract info... It doesn't. And finally... Can you please show the work order, address, AND tenant name on the SAME PAGE? Messages disappear after you read them once. Messages don't show the times that they're sent. The message search feature doesn't work at all.

Our company is based in Bahrain and we are using Buildium in English. However, on Resident Center, the numbers are in Arabic. Most of our clients are not Arabic speakers, and we've been receiving multiple request to change it to English but there is no option. The resident center is deemed to be useless on our client's side since they couldn't understand anything. We've been requesting for update for the past 2 years with no avail.
