Since this is the only option you provide to pay rent, (you have to use a bank account, no credit/debit payment options) then you shouldn't be charging wire transfer fees, or processing fees of any kind for that matter. Since it takes DAYS for the transaction to go through, other bills that are on autopay may be processed during that period which, in turn, may cause the rental payment transaction to fail and you get charged a late & return payment fees, which is BS. Provide more payment options!

Quite unhappy with this app now. I literally used it 10-11 days ago. Now I find that it's incompatible with my phone and can't log in period. I didn't ever receive anything saying it would be incompatible by "this date and time". This needs to be fixed. I already sent an email to the feedback email listed. It's probably a complete waste of time for me to reach out to have a resolution. AI generators just have you going through the same old loops with no results and no actual person to speak to.

The app is decently easy to use but the payments take too incredibly long to process and go through. Four days I waited to find that the payment was rejected and sent back with an additionally late fee. When I send it back again it took an additional 7 days to process. There's nothing the landlords can do (or so they tell me) to make it work freely so you can make multiple payments weekly instead of restricting you once a month only. This app is actually a golden turd sandwich; renters beware!
