app is ok. company has issues. first, they don't credit your account with funds when they are instantly withdrawn from your savings or checking account but wait up to 4 business days. then they wait even further to ship your order. takes way to much time from the time they get your money until they finally decide to send your purchase. use one of the many other and more trust worthy precious metal sellers!!!

For days, I haven't been able to log in, reset my password, or do anything else. Through the website and app, I'm hit with some internal server error every time.

SCAM COMPANY. Do NOT give them your money. Spent $10000 on precious metals with them and haven't recieved a single package yet, THEY LOST MY PACKAGE OF 35 SILVER BARS. Most rude company i have ever delt with in my life, not to mention, + their system is malfunctional and orders have their info changed after processing, and the company doesnt respond or address the issue. When there is a mistake on their end, they will simply cancel your order and charge you the new, higher prices, and blame YOU.
