After making a mistake in a ticket purchase (of which there is blame to go to both sides) Customer Service was entirely non-existent. I chatted with the chatbot system which helped me none whatsoever so I asked how to reach customer service. I was offered an email address which I messaged afterwards only to have it responded to by the same chatbot I was dealing with first. I highly recommend purchasing the ticket from the bus company directly!

I don't understand why I should constantly be billed in euros at a ridiculous exchange rate when I want to pay in local currency. The FAQ says to change the phone's language to automatically change the currency. On top of being silly (why would I need to put my entire OS in Portuguese to buy a bus ticket in Brazil, it still wants to bill me in euros. I should be the one to decide which currency I want to use, it has nothing to do with the OS!

they actively have no customer service, just a single bot that's programmed to run you in circles until you give up on trying to get a refund. additionally their in-app option for flexible tickets actively doesn't give you a refund for your tickets and instead also just tries to avoid anything resembling helping out.
