downloaded the app in the afternoon just to see if it was a viable option for my crew. liked it and planned on testing it out the next day to see how good the gps was. instead got woken up at 7am because busy busy called me to walk me through the system. if they sent an email to set up a time or just offer assistance that would have been fine. randomly calling me and waking me up hell no deleted the app from everything immediately.

it's okay at first, but then I run into issues like I log in the morning, save, do my work and when I try to switch to a different job, all my data gets wiped clean and I can't get the previous data back for my timesheet. It glitched again when I'm working on paperwork. When I try to log out, it shows me that I didn't log in. Until this issue gets fixed, I won't rate it higher than a two.

I use this app daily to keep track of my work hours, in case payroll has any questions. I tried numerous apps, and this one is by far the best. It is very easy to navigate, clock in and out, and review old time cards. If I could make it any better, I would add a widget for Android phones, and possibly even GPS to auto clock in and out. I highly recommend the app, great customer service.
