The app says my device is jailbroken/rooted, even though it's not rooted, and locks me out of the app (I need the developer mode for my apps, but the bootloader isn't unlocked) Edit: On top of the problem, it also says that my location is different, but the dialog says I can continue using it. However, it locks me out of the app. Even if I follow the instructions, it still does the same dialog.

the data information is not up-to-date, even after clearing cache and multiple refreshes. notifications pop up when it already runs out, but by then, you can't purchase a new data plan without an internet connection. the app randomly logs you out, and the google login method sometimes doesn't work.

The system just keeps getting worse. They cut monthly pack to 28-day long instead of 30. It's called MONTHLY, not FOUR-WEEKLY! The app is unusable when you have no data/WiFi and byU has no call center so you can't even check your credits through call like normal providers. It also doesn't have in-app CS (you gotta email them) but somehow has a whole 'entertaintment' tab like??? Yeah no I'm not dealing with this bs anymore.
