I never understand why Indonesian provider apps just love clutter and bloat, having annoying pop ups and features that nobody cares, and in fact slowing down the app itself. People just want to do 3 things. Check balance, top up pulsa, and buy data packet. Why can't it be that simple? Also, there's still no way to convert physical SIM to eSIM. What's the hold up? So much for "digital" provider. Those annoyances put a bad image for this provider, which imo actually offer decent good service

Edit: the app keeps logging me off, an error message keeps popping out when I open the app. The app is slower with unnecessary features no one ask for, the network is awfully slow that a hundred Mega Bytes of download can take FEW HOURS, the customers service is useless they just pretend to help customers and the worst is they shorten monthly data option into a half month so now people need to buy it twice a month.

Extremely slow and laggy, what happened? it used to be the best and fastest provider in Indonesia. Now even Tri and Im3 is better at this point in my area, and don't get me started on the constantly annoying notification to turn on the location on my device every time I open the app or just simply want to buy a data package, it says so that they could found me a promo that is specifically on my area but it never have one so what's the point? It's time to move to a better provider
