I never understand why Indonesian provider apps just love clutter and bloat, having annoying pop ups and features that nobody cares, and in fact slowing down the app itself. People just want to do 3 things. Check balance, top up pulsa, and buy data packet. Why can't it be that simple? Also, there's still no way to convert physical SIM to eSIM. What's the hold up? So much for "digital" provider. Those annoyances put a bad image for this provider, which imo actually offer decent good service

You know what I loved about byU? The ability to choose how much data you need and its expiry time. Now it's gone. Sure, some data package offer is preferred because it's cheaper than the customized one, but not all of us needs 10 GB per day! The app used to be accessible without data/WiFi too, not now though. Yes, it loads faster but I can no longer buy data whenever I need it. byU also never mentioned anywhere in app that you need to activate the number you've bought within a month.

The longer the signal gets the worse, often the interference. can't open the app, can't check data packages and etc. I report to complaints for a long time, even all day without a reply. But the price is getting more expensive, and the packages are getting fewer and more expensive. The data package is combined with free watching of the sightseeing quota or watching football that is not important. The signal is getting worse. So I doubt whether to continue using it or not.
