I never understand why Indonesian provider apps just love clutter and bloat, having annoying pop ups and features that nobody cares, and in fact slowing down the app itself. People just want to do 3 things. Check balance, top up pulsa, and buy data packet. Why can't it be that simple? Also, there's still no way to convert physical SIM to eSIM. What's the hold up? So much for "digital" provider. Those annoyances put a bad image for this provider, which imo actually offer decent good service

The system just keeps getting worse. They cut monthly pack to 28-day long instead of 30. It's called MONTHLY, not FOUR-WEEKLY! The app is unusable when you have no data/WiFi and byU has no call center so you can't even check your credits through call like normal providers. It also doesn't have in-app CS (you gotta email them) but somehow has a whole 'entertaintment' tab like??? Yeah no I'm not dealing with this bs anymore.

The app mostly does what it's supposed to do, but there's ALWAYS delays on the amounts of remaining data, so you mostly get inaccurate data display, which is sucks if you want to curb your data usage, cause you always lose track on the data being spent.
