It seems like the app controls corr phone settings. After only 5 mins of using it I got a message from a friend saying they couldn't call me (Actual system phone app that is. they could reach me through third party apps). when I tried calling anyone it just gave me a silent page before ending the call. SMS worked tho but not calls. notification dampening was off btw. I uninstalled the app but it seemed like some app files were stuck in the memory. Not even a restart helped I had to safe boot

Significantly reduced mindless phone use!! I placed my essential apps on a single page, and the "problematic" apps are not visible at all. In order to use them, I have to swipe to my phone's search bar and intentionally type in the app to use it. This alone has made me use those apps so much less because of the inconvenience of additional steps to find them.

So far so good, but I have two apps that are being wrongly blocked. Amazon Alexa and Chrome. Once things are sorted out I'll be happier. Edit: Yes, I have added them correctly as selected apps. I have come across other apps that are being wrongfully blocked, including gmail and stocard, and I'm sure there are a few others. Love the 20 second feature, but it would be good for it to work as expected.
