I just purchased over $100 with of food and got zero points. This is frustrating and I might have to do a Google review also. It is a shame because the employees were great. However they told me to download the app and said that they were not familiar with how it works. So frustrating!

Doesn't apply points if you eat in the store, I eat here about 3 maybe 4 times a week for lunch, it would be nice to be able to get the points. Please stop catering to online orders and impatient people.

Glad Café Zupas finally has a rewards program with an app to pair! Easy to use and smooth experience thus far. Will definitely be ordering online more often.
