Can't receive the ID verification code login, and My package keeps being incorrectly classified as 'Sensitive Goods,' even though it does not contain any liquids, electronics, or magnets. the customer service is completely useless, classified my package as sensitive goods without checking.

Very horrendous app and of course it's from China. I pick west then it shipped to east for no reason and now i can't even get my package. Service was terrible, not only are the agents useless, i can't even understand what they saying most of the time. Waste both my money and my time. App is buggy and can ruined your whole experience. Fix your app pls. Highly recommend you to avoid it as much as possible.

Vvvery stupid app. I found all 0 star rating. Even they are very good in China, but apparently very bad as international. I inputed my phone number to register, many times until they locked my number (Why?), I didnt receive any sercurity code from them. Delete and throw it straightaway!
