Ratings and reviews

This app has gotten a lot worse since they started using AI customer service. I can still reach a person but it takes several rounds of the AI not understanding what I'm saying. I never felt this frustrated when I was using Cainiao two years ago.

Can't receive the ID verification code login, and My package keeps being incorrectly classified as 'Sensitive Goods,' even though it does not contain any liquids, electronics, or magnets. the customer service is completely useless, classified my package as sensitive goods without checking.

Very horrendous app and of course it's from China. I pick west then it shipped to east for no reason and now i can't even get my package. Service was terrible, not only are the agents useless, i can't even understand what they saying most of the time. Waste both my money and my time. App is buggy and can ruined your whole experience. Fix your app pls. Highly recommend you to avoid it as much as possible.
