Been using it for a while now. But recently changed the delivery address. That by itself is fine. But I have some parcels that were already in delivery when it happened and all got sent back when it arrived because it had the wrong address although when they were shipped the address was correct. All fixed by an entire morning of back and forth between all the individual sellers that I ordered from, not detrimental but extremely annoying.

Zero stars I was recommended this app to consolidate my packages in China and get them forwarded to the UK. After I picked the most expensive delivery fee with least amount of time (7 to 12 days) waited for 12 days, I was told that the package is still in China it had not left the country and they cannot do anything but monitor. they cannot refund or recall the package. As a comparison I ordered something from China that delivers to the UK and had it with me within 7 days. do not use!

Been complaining about their inefficiency for a year and they still haven't changed. Warehouse got my items dirty and it takes forever to get compensation. Customer service is extremely frustrating because they always direct the problem to a different department and get back days later through email. They don't even give case numbers, so when you have multiple complaints, they often get mixed up, and you have to repeat the entire conversation from scratch.
