STRATEGY TIPS FOR NEW PLAYERS
* Playing on the cross points because they offer more way mobility to the pieces.
* Corners are weak as the player can only move in fewer directions.
* Giving the piece space to move.
* Do not make mills straight away. Usually, the first player to make a mill in the placement phase will easily get blocked.
* Black has an advantage because it gets to place the last piece strategically.
* Double attacks - be aware that players can attack two points at the same time.

A very simplistic UI design and great difficulty levels. Lots of game variant options, as well as an excellent algorithm database, so the AI will definitely bring some challenge and fun in the game! You can clearly see the dedication put in this app. I would recommend anyone to try it out if you haven't already. You won't regret it.

This is a great app. Nice, simple design that is not overloaded with graphics. I like the fact that it allows me to export the movelist. Play against the app, or have the app play against itself. Would it be possible for you to include the rule proposed by Emanuel Lasker for the 10-man game, to allow pieces to slide before they have all been placed?

I used to play this game with my dad when I was really little. I completely forgot it existed until just now, maybe 30 years later. Thanks for the great memory! I also think the app works well so far and doesn't seem to be harvesting my data.

What’s new

Support enabling and configuring the “Custodian Capture” and “Intervention Capture” rules. “Custodian Capture” means that along a single line, if two of your stones flank an opponent’s stone, you may capture that stone. “Intervention Capture” means you may move to the empty point between two adjacent opponent stones and capture both. If multiple capture methods are satisfied at the same time, only one stone may be captured.
