Ratings and reviews

Helpful app with limited functionality. It's nice to be able to adjust the temperature remotely, but it lacks the ability to show water treatment needs (e.g., chlorine, pH, or salt levels) without physically checking the spa’s control panel. Hopefully in the next app updates 🤞

This app does not have the feel or function of a professionally designed app. The spa has not responded to temperature changes for a week now. The app is confusing for water monitoring, there are just random arrows to mark what I assume are chlorine or pH with no labels. Watkins can and should do better if they advertise smart functionality. This feels like an app that was made back in 2015 and never touched since. Fitting that they changed the app name to legacy as that means old in software.

Very slow and minimal functionality. For example spa can have multiple light colors yet app simply let's you turn it on and off. Temperature set design is lame, temp display you are setting to is like a 2 font and covered by your finger when setting it so basically guessing where it will land. Why not simply pull up a # pad and type it in. Not well thought out at all
