Being able to adjust the temp in the app is nice, as well as monitor salt levels. However, the things I need to check most often (ph and chlorine levels) aren't available on the app. Quite disappointing. While the jets and light controls are a cool feature, they aren't practical. Who will adjust those things on your phone, while IN the hot tub?? Add ph and Chlorine monitors and I give this 5 out of 5.

The app provides the basics such as: Set water temperature Turn on/off jets Turn on/off lights Here's where it falls short: Does not provide notification if the water temperature is dropping (For those of us in cold weather climate this is a major missing element) Cannot set the light color Notifications can be emailed or seen in the app. No option for texting. Cannot schedule temp changes. The app should present a dashboard of potential issues such low temperature, filters need cleaning,...

I'll call it a fair start. The app does a basic-level control of my Envoy and the freshwater salt system. My disappointment is that there is no consideration or option to also monitor other parameters besides salt production. If a customer spends the extra $500 on the Smart Monitoring System, that one should be able to also monitor chlorine, pH, and the condition of the sensor and cartridge from the app, just as you can from the spa's control panel atop the spa itself. Perhaps a future version?
