Ratings and reviews

App UI is pretty bad, there's way too many clicks to get to basic commands. Dates I override as "unavailable" are still available for clients to book. Also, clients are complaining about the new calendar format, saying it's too hard to find available days, they have to click on each day to check for availability on the Android app. Also, events cannot be paused on the app, I have to go to the website.

Availability issues. Set Availability but does not show up on scheduling preview. Have free version. AI chat could not help. Troubleshoot suggestions not helpful. No human help. When I send email immediately AI responds again so went in circles not getting needed help. App great if you set everything and never need to make adjustments to your availability or never need help that troubleshoot can't solve.

When I try to use this platform to set up appointments for days further out the app says no times available. Ihave all of the pre sets set to the same days at all times this is happened multiple times. sometimes in order to bypass it, I have to change my availability, which becomes a customer service issue. i guess keep looking for something that it's a little bit more user friendly for everyone and consistent.
