COMPATIBILITY:

• Compatible with AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, Verizon and others.
• MetroPCS requires Value Bundle to have call forwarding enabled..
• Not Compatible with Boost Mobile, Cricket, Google Fi and Consumer Cellular don't widely support conditional call forwarding so Call Assistant will not work due to carriers not supporting conditional call forwarding.

Activating and Deactivating our service:

* * * When you Activate Call Assistant, we dial carrier specific codes to forward a missed call to the Call Assistant Voicemail System so we can manage all of your calls, including robocalls, spam and provide you with your visual voicemail in your call log as well as your visual voicemail screen.

* * * BEFORE DEACTIVATING, DELETING YOUR ACCOUNT AND UNINSTALLING CALL ASSISTANT: * * *

Click on Prepare to Uninstall in the main menu, this will deactivate call assistant and Return your phone number to your Carrier voicemail from Settings, otherwise calls still go to Call Assistant even without the app installed!

To manually reset your phone use the appropriate dial sequence below:

• AT&T: Dial ##004#
• Verizon, XFinity: Dial *73
• Sprint, Boost: Dial *730 and then dial *740
• T-Mobile, Metro PCS: Dial ##004#
• All Other Carriers: Dial ##004#

App has a few major bugs that are important so that is why I only gave 3 stars. It disconnects itself from call forwarding and I have to keep troubleshooting every 6 hours or so.while this happens I am unable to use the major features of the app. Then it disables my microphone for use in other apps so if I am on a video chat with family they can never hear me or if I record a video there's no sound.

I want to say it's good, but it's so buggy sometimes. Getting stuck on screening a call, doesn't tell me it's still there so my battery drains like crazy, go to make a call an hour later and CallAssistant.ai says at the top go to call or hang up....wth?? When it works it works great, but some of the bugs are frustrating.

App is unable to receive incoming calls, while I am on the phone. Turn off banner notification for incoming call: screen jumps to current call I am on, but does not show buttons to accept the incoming calls. Turn on banner notification: I will receive the incoming call pop up, then it immediately replaces the banner with the current call that I am on. Still having problems with latest update. Problem is intermittent, as usual (Android 12). great app otherwise
