I hope all of the app issues are resolved, but I can't recommend the product given how many problems I've encountered in just the first few hours. -SSID and location changes weren't saved during initial setup and had to be reconfigured -Firmware only updates on the base unit and not mesh node -I have 40 devices but the app only shows 6, all connected to the base unit. Literally can't use the parental features as a result. -Constant timeout errors in the app. -Inaccurate device naming/typing.

This app and associated router are the worst purchases I have made in a decade. The app crashes every single time I use it, most of our devices cannot access the internet at all, and after almost three hours of trying to get in touch with them during daytime hours, I'm not convinced that they even have customer service or tech support.

App crashes after a recent update, somewhere around two days ago. Now, whenever i open the app, it just closes (crashes). As a result, i have no way to manage the router. I suspect the new version is no longer compatible with my phone. My phone is about 4 years old, and I have had this app constantly installed for most of that time. It would be great to have a secondary remote access option, such as a webpage, when these situations occur. Additionally, i couldn't reach customer support.
