I really want to like this. Haven't found anything close, in functionality. My main problems are 1) the app is Sloooow. Even seemingly minor updates (reserve an IP, change device owner, modify schedule) takes many seconds or just times out. This makes the app nearly unusable. 2) rewards are not straightforward. I'd like the ability to adhoc grant a user extra time (like Disney circle does). While this is kind of possible, it's more of an all or nothing operation and takes too long, see 1

User interface is awkward. Simple updates (eg granting more online time to a child) require too many steps. Presentation of web browsing makes it hard to figure out what's going on --too many weeds. Tracking of online time is remains flawed even after working with tech support for months, and waiting for many more months for software updates. The ideas are good, but the execution is poor. I find this set of products to be rather frustrating.

The app was really good when we first bought our Gryphon. Unfortunately every app update since this has made the app worse. Schedules used to be simple to set up, now they're more complicated. More than half the time when we try to manually update schedules the request times out or the entire schedule for the day gets deleted. What used to be super simple is now really frustrating to use. We're starting looking at other routers now.
