Moderately useful. Restricting time much easier than filter/restricting specific websites. Identifying devices by IP address is almost pointless and I struggle to remember the URL that can be entered in the device to identify it, making that almost useless; that URL is not easily visible on the app or website helps. Blocking YouTube, a primary reason I wanted the device, never works correctly, even after reaching out to customer service.

App refuses to work without crashing. Restarted, reinstalled app. App not working, and without app, I can't connect new devices to the router. Unfortunately, I can't risk a factory reset of the router, because if the app doesn't work, I won't be able to set up the router and may lose access to the devices that are already on the router. Gryphon needs to get their app rock-solid as it's the only way to interface with the router.

It helps to set different access levels for every kid, device, homework time, bed time, block applications by types, web sites by type. Its blocking malware on devices and alerting. App a little bit buggy so I have to kill it and start again, refresh dashboard to get last statuses. but overall it's very good solution to have all devices under control at home. I haven't seen so detailed parent control on another vendors.
