I updated my DDPai Mini 5 dashcams (two) and I thought they weren't recording video, as when I check, there's no current clips shown. I have figured out that the clips aren't synced with the time. So, for example.. a video clip recorded at 5pm will be saved under a clip from 2:32am. The time/date settings are wrong. I have changed the time zone, hard reset the camera, deleted and reinstalled the app, but nothing works. DDPai REFUSE to help and ignore my emails and feedback in app. NOT happy!

very slow app and one time will open and 10 times will not, doesn't give any details or errors to track, it just keeps me at the loading page and never goes pass that. then 1 time out of 10 it will decide to work normally. So annoying specially when it's an urgent alert and you have to check what's going on, not convenient.

Been using this app for over 6yrs and as of this past year its been so unstable and unusable to the point that im going to switch all of my vehicles to a better brand... I highly recommend not buying this brand of dash camera. When u need the recording you may not be able to get it.
