very slow app and one time will open and 10 times will not, doesn't give any details or errors to track, it just keeps me at the loading page and never goes pass that. then 1 time out of 10 it will decide to work normally. So annoying specially when it's an urgent alert and you have to check what's going on, not convenient.

I’m unable to log in to the app. When I click “Forgot Password,” I receive the verification code and i set a new password. However, even after multiple attempts, the app keeps showing “Wrong account or password.” I made sure my new password includes both letters and numbers, but it still doesn’t work. Please fix this login issue, it’s frustrating not being able to access my account even after resetting the password.

The latest version of the app has a serious issue with the Vehicle Location feature. It doesn’t allow zooming in to view the exact location — every time I try, the map refreshes and zooms out to show the entire world map. The iOS version works fine. Also, I’ve tried contacting customer service multiple times through the appand by reaching out to your official marketing team, but there’s been no proper response. The in-app feedback and online customer service functions do not seem to work.
