This app is trash. I order to sign up for text notifications, I have to have a Canadian address. I live in the US. I'm ordering something from Canada. Why would I need to live in Canada to track a Canadian parcel that's being shipped to the US?! All notifications through the app are also mixed up and entirely out of order, or extremely cryptic. Fix your trash. Or just stop shipping to the US if you can't let us use the app.

Good app, just one annoying bug/issue: if you fill out a page on a form (e.g. the customs form for a package) and you get to the summary page and notice a correction needed, going back will wipe all the data you've input and you'll need to re-enter it all again. Other than that, good app.

App does what it's supposed to, functions well, for the most part. Having to continuously sign in it seems, randomly. And the new "home" tab is incredibly useless to me. Only shows one of my tracked items, then a bunch of useless things I can't use. Wish I could set the track tab as the default tab I see when I open the app. Instead of seeing "set up automatic tracking" which isn't even available for my location.
