This app use to be flawless, but now I don't ever receive notifications on the status of my packages delivery. This can be very frustrating when running a small business. I've tried clearing my cache, Uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but nothing fixed it. I never get notifications on any delivery status anymore. edit since my last 2023 review: still not receiving any push notifications regarding delivery status. This app is broken. please fix it.

app is so annoying. I scan the bar code, just show me the damn tracking info. Showing an error saying "it is already added" is completely useless. I am scanning the bar code to see the tracking information. Also I am scanning because I can't find it in my list. Also found 4 slips in my mailbox, none of which recieved app/sms/email notifications for.

Hello, thanks for reaching out. If a PIN has already been added to your list, the app will let you know that it’s already there. We’ve added a backlog item to improve this experience so that, instead of searching through the full list, users can be taken directly to the existing PIN. Please let us know if you run into any other issues.
