This app use to be flawless, but now I don't ever receive notifications on the status of my packages delivery. This can be very frustrating when running a small business. I've tried clearing my cache, Uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but nothing fixed it. I never get notifications on any delivery status anymore. edit since my last 2023 review: still not receiving any push notifications regarding delivery status. This app is broken. please fix it.

Still opening twice to see update status sometimes, but works clean, and easy to use.

About a week ago, the app would not let me sign in. I cleared the cache and app data and tried logging in, to no avail. Last step was uninstalling the app and re-install. The minute I tried re-installing, Google play stated that the app could not be supported on my phone. I have a Samsung galaxy note9 and am very upset that I can no longer use this app on my phone.
