This app use to be flawless, but now I don't ever receive notifications on the status of my packages delivery. This can be very frustrating when running a small business. I've tried clearing my cache, Uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but nothing fixed it. I never get notifications on any delivery status anymore. edit since my last 2023 review: still not receiving any push notifications regarding delivery status. This app is broken. please fix it.

Still opening twice to see update status sometimes, but works clean, and easy to use.

I can't even create an account with this app. I input the information as required and all I get is a Try again message saying "Sorry! We are unable to create your account right now. I have been trying for 2 weeks but it does not work. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, cleared cache etc. but nothing works.
