Poor customer service! I have had multiple issues that I've tried reaching out to their customer service over. I FINALLY got through to a live person (and yes, they have my correct email now), and unfortunately, that individual was unable to fix the problem so they "escalated" it. It's been a full week since then and I've heard practically nothing back. Will power and self control are basically what their Customer Service leaves you with, not a helpful blocker (sorry, super frustrated).

Excellent App! I've tried many similar apps. Best one yet. Customer service is stellar, except can be difficult to get thru on phone, but once I do the service is stellar. I use it on multiple Android and Windows devices. They just added an AI Accountability chat that is quite good. It understands every question I ask and can change any settings. Can get too accountable, will debate you if you want to turn off protection sometimes. Highly recommend!

most miserable app! I would not recommend under any circumstances. the app severely lags and freezes, it never worked to begin with and you have to install multiple apps and it's very confusing, frustrating and chaotic. I tried cancelling within 24 hours of my 7 day free trial and I was still charged anyway. customer service was miserable to deal with and was exhausting to try to resolve. Avoid at all costs!
