My only big gripe with the Canvas app is Zelle won't operate properly in this app. The Canvas app freezes when I try to use Zelle. Smaller gripe,changing settings is a hassle because it takes you back to the beginning after you've made each INDIVIDUAL change. Overall though, the app functions pretty well. I appreciate being able to do mobile deposits from my phone, check my credit score easily, transfer money between my accounts, etc. it's got a pretty good user interface too.

They had an app which worked fine and looked great.. and changed to this. Awful interface, way fewer settings options (login, transfers ECT..) and it just looks like a college freshman's first attempt at web design. I'm not sure why they chose to take 5 steps backwards with their mobile app but this is just terrible and annoying to use as well as to look at.

Setup took a bit and I was concerned about entering personal information instead of just using my existing credentials. After that I like the ability to see balances without logging in and the speed of startup for this app is considerably less than the old one. I'm seeing complaints about not being able to find transfers, etc. Mine were all easy to find. I did have to correct a reoccurring transfer that appeared to have been changed by Canvas when they upgraded.
