Simple way to track your food, beverage, and other consumption. Under food, you can choose just the label "food "or specific meals like dinner, snack, junk, etc. Under beverage, you can choose "drink" or water, coffee, etc. Under other, you get meds, supplements, exercise, or simply "other." I use that for symptoms. No measuring and searching for calories or portions. Just list what you ate, drank, took, or did. Simple and perfect app.

I love this simple diet diary app. It allows a lot of flexibility. I can use it to add other notes about my physical health, activity, rest, and more for each day. I think it will help me see what foods might affect my daily functioning. It also time stamps AND allows you to go back and adjust the time stamp. This helps me to see how frequently I'm eating and drinking water and is flexible for other useful data too. I recommend trying it out and seeing for yourself! I hope they update it too.

This was exactly what I have been looking for! I didn't want all the calorie tracking like other apps have, I just wanted to write down what I ate and when. I quickly realized how much I was snacking in the evening after my ADHD medicine had worn off. What I'd really love to see is a sort of record or trend of my entries. Like what do I eat when kind of thing. That would make it a near-perfect app!
