As others have posted, after entering my credentials, it loads as if it was accepted. Nothing changes and not account is added. I spoke with the librarian and was told this has been a problem for a while, but the provider doesn't seem to be responsive. Others with this problem should leave their reviews so the provider get the message and fixes this app.

Won't let me login. After entering credentials, it loads as if it was accepted. Nothing changes and not account is added.

Put in my library card # and it didn't let me in. I called the library and they couldn't fix it either.
