I love this app! I use it primarily for my digital library card and to renew items. I find it very easy to use and I love being able to quickly renew an item on my phone without having to go on a computer. It also has an events calendar and the hours for all the branches which is very useful. The only drawback is that the catalog search does not seem to return as accurate search results as the Monmouth County Library website.

The app doesn't work. Have made several calls to the library, and no one will contact me back. I give up. Terrible. 6 calls and four stops into the library, and tech won't help add my account.

Very slow, searches are useless, it finds so much outside the search terms and doesn't find the items you are searching...
