Very calming voice for meditation, would suggest for everyone. Just don't want to give 1 rating. For a few days, the app hasn't been working. I can't play any of the meditation. Just can't play anything. It has happened before. If not fixed, I want my money for all the 4 years that I have been member of.

I absolutely love this app. The variety of meditations is great for every level and type. I do different ones depending on how l feel on the day, but l usualy stick to at least one of those which comes in a set of days. Those give me great focus on the breath and keep me calm and grounded for the rest of the day. The relaxation music is very soothing, the piano is my favourite. Great app. I would highly recommend, especially for beginners or for those who wants to go back to meditation.

So relaxing and amazing I absolutely love love love this app!!!!♥️ once I could not go to sleep so I turned on some of the meditation music and I fell asleep 10 minutes later. I was amazed. I have been getting better sleep since than. Also whenever I am feeling stressed or anxious about someone or something, I listen to one of the daily sessions or the next day on the meditation trial. Right away it’s as if you were brought into some beautiful relaxing world where there are these voices saying “
