Sure, some words might be inaccurate but at least the app has been consistent in transcribing calls to captions. Never stopped transcribing in the middle of a call. I don't want to forward my calls to the app because it doesn't have a spam reporting feature. It just blocks unwanted calls. This is important to me. Dev please add this feature.

I plan to go to the drive in theater with my child and I have moderate to severe hearing loss in my right ear. While I have a hearing aid, I still miss things from time to time. I was REALLY hoping to find an app that could help me since they don't have captioning boxes like a regular theater. However not only could I not enter my address (because the app said it wasn't right) but I also noticed after I UNINSTALLED it that they charge per minute. I wouldn't suggest this app.

Just listening, I miss so much, or having to guess what's being said. This app is better than not having the info. Some words aren't exact, but close enough to get the point across, that I don't have to work as hard on the conversation.
