WHY WE BUILT INNOCAPTION VIDEO
Visual cues and lip-reading can make communication easier, but video calling platforms haven’t been built with accessibility in mind. InnoCaption Video fills the gap, providing an intuitive, familiar video call experience with always-on captions that make it easy to understand every word.

InnoCaption Video is powered by InnoCaption’s best-in-class AI captioning. Both sides can see the captions to help ensure accuracy.
CAPTIONS ALWAYS ON
With InnoCaption Video, captions stay onscreen for the entire call without disappearing or having to be manually toggled on.
CUSTOMIZABLE SIZES
To make captions more comfortable to read, the size of the caption window and text can be adjusted live on the call with simple touch controls.
CALL ANYONE, ANYWHERE
- App to app: Invite friends and family to download the app and connect with you for seamless calling.
- Web links: Share one-time web links that let your contacts join video calls instantly through their browser.
STREAM AUDIO TO HEARING DEVICES
For easier listening, the call audio can be streamed directly to personal hearing devices like cochlear implants or hearing aids.

Individuals with hearing loss in the U.S. can make and receive free, unlimited video calls, funded by the FCC’s Telecommunications Relay Services Fund.

FEDERAL LAW PROHIBITS ANYONE BUT REGISTERED USERS WITH HEARING LOSS FROM USING INTERNET PROTOCOL (IP) CAPTIONED TELEPHONES WITH THE CAPTIONS TURNED ON. There is a cost for each minute of captions generated, paid from a federally administered fund.
