Was quicker than calling in to order and shows all the menu options. Much easier than asking lots of questions on the phone. Update: We've used this app many times and always great service. Even if mix-ups happen, they are always quick to correct. Foods always great. Also get 10% discount for having CAA membership. Update: So much for CAA discount, now it's tied to only over $50 purchase. No longer a great deal. Also mistakes on every order in the last year. Disappointing, dropped from 5 to 3.

Service & food are good. Delivery GPS tracking is neat. But without fail, every time I order & try to "order again" on a Favourite, the app says an item (usually a 1/4 chicken dark) isn't available at our restaurant. I have to go through the full menu & reconstruct the order from scratch. What's the point of favourites & order again options that don't work?

so today I placed an order on the app and got an error message saying the ordered cannot be placed and to try again later. I waited a few minutes and then was able to place my order. the app only showed 1 order and when I checked the order status it only gave me one delivery time. the order gets delivered and its doubled. I call customer service and there is "nothing" they can do because I didn't notice this until after the food had be delivered. WORST app ever. Don't trust it!
