About this app

CarBeep Buddy is the workshop-side app for authorized CarBeep partners and operations users.

Use Buddy to manage workshop-side activity, review booking requests, support customer follow-up, and keep workshop staff workflows separate from the public Customer app.

What authorized users can do in CarBeep Buddy:
- Sign in to the correct workshop or operations role
- Review workshop booking and customer request information
- Manage workshop-side follow-up tasks
- Invite and manage mechanic access where permitted
- Access role-appropriate workshop, mechanic, admin, or application-officer surfaces
- Review support, legal, privacy, and account settings
- Delete personal Buddy sign-in access from the signed-in profile area

CarBeep Buddy is not for general customer use. Drivers should use the separate CarBeep app.
