Accept credit card payments on the go - SwipeSimple gives you the tools to take credit card payments anytime, anywhere.

HOW IT WORKS:

1. In order to start taking payments through SwipeSimple, you must have a SwipeSimple account. If you don't already, sign up for a SwipeSimple account through a verified Reseller. Resellers can be found here: (https://cardflight.com/resources/customers-and-partners/)
2. Download the SwipeSimple app.
3. Connect to your device to you reader. If you have a Bluetooth reader, connect via the SwipeSimple app, not your phone settings .
4. Take your first transaction.

They said there is no monthly fee but they lied. For the swipe terminals there was a monthly fee but for the blue tooth terminal there was only a surcharge for its use, no monthly fee, so I chose the blue tooth terminal. I don't need to run a lot of credit cards. Now though they are taking out fees from my bank account with no explanation. When I called the number provided they tried to sell me Medicare insurance. This is a scam and I am going to report them.

If you are a potential small business do NOT trust this app and it's ability to take payments. The Bluetooth decides when it wants to work and some times the app will crash in the middle of a payment leaving the person who is taking the payment unaware if the payment actually went through or not. It's a constant problem with our app and swipers. This app has already lost us more than a couple of customers and some payments that should have gone through but did not, losing us money. It's absurd.

This USED to be a good app. No longer; the recent version makes you stop in the middle of EVERY transaction to have to select a hard wired card reader. What's worse, the Swift B200 Bluetooth reader simply will not work with this app. It never gives an option to read a chip, only swipe it. My card provider has sent me two different known good readers, and neither will read a chip on an Android, an iPhone or an Android tablet. If you can use something else, do so. This is is garbage.
