This app facilitates caregiver-family connections, but improvements are needed. Slow loading times and glitchy notifications cause frustration, and late job alerts are common. Mismatched job notifications detract from the user experience. Despite raising concerns with the care team, improvements are lacking. However, I believe in the app's potential and hope for positive changes soon. Please, streamline loading times, fix notification glitches, and refine job alerts to match user preferences.

This app is trash. It just doesn't work. I have tried 4 different times to make a profile and half the time it won't even let you get past the first question which is what area are you looking for jobs in. I type in my area and press "find families" and nothing. So I restart the app. I get to the part where you put your years of experience, etc. and when you go to move on, it says error. This app is seriously trash. The bugs need fixed

Ok. SERIOUSLY! you guys really need to fix your issues. Apparently, a family confirmed a booking with me for today. HOWEVER, I didn't get that booking confirmation on the app or text. Family contacted clearly unhappy, saying they canceled the booking since I didn't show up. But there's nothing showing any confirmation, via text, or on the app. I just checked my desktop now, and it shows under past bookings. This is inexcusable!!!! Not only for the family but for my profile!!
