Ratings and reviews

App resets to home screen if you navigate away even for a second or two. This makes using the in-app provider search feature downright infuriating because it automatically switches away from the app if you try to call a provider on the list. Additionally, almost no one actually accepts this insurance provider. Nearly every single place that comes up in the search is a flat out "no" when you call them. So you end up having to completely restart the provider search over and over. Garbage.

This app really sucks. It doesn't work. I've entered the information *EXACTLY* (Yes, exactly. I've triple-checked it.) as requested, but the registration is still rejected. The bot-answered helpline is just as bad. Where's a human?! As someone else states in their review, it doesn't accept the membership number. It says I haven't provided the correct number of digits. I have! I give up trying and will just uninstall the app. (I don't think they had that in mind with the app or helpline.)

I went to login today and I had my fingerprint as my form of entry for the app and yesterday it worked fine and now today my fingerprint doesn't work. Please fix this issue. Many people use their fingerprints to login into the app for their medical care needs. I rated this app a few days ago five stars and now I changed it to 1 star due to this problem. Please fix this issue.
