10 minutes in and I can't even get past the first screen. Had to restart my phone to even get past the loading screen. I click "sign in" and it won't go further. For how much I'm paying for my insurance, you'd think they'd have better app developers. Heck, their website is barely usable. Think I'll switch companies next year. This is beyond pathetic.

So far the new app is a bit of an annoyance. First it wouldn't let me create an account, but then that finally corrected itself, or they corrected it. It is missing features from the original app that I liked. I also had alot of trouble adding my plan, and now that I finally got it to add, it's not even the correct one. It's an old one and I know this cause when I viewed the ID card, it's old and has the wrong member number on it. Kinda frustrating, have to see how to fix it

Faulty app. Unable to log in, app times out, multiple codes sent at one request. There are no helpful details in the app like the ads and members pushing the app claim. Still unable to reach anyone or get help, or even find proof of claims and grievances filed.
