I can't sign in, it keeps giving me the error message unable to add this plan or contact customer service which I've done and they submitted two tickets and I'm still having the same issue months later. can't use the app never had been able to. Can't check on my gift cards I'm supposed to be getting because I can't log into the app. I tried uninstalling reinstalling clearing the cache clearing the data everything's been done. It's useless for me

Not sure what this is, but it certainly isn't an app. It doesn't do what it says. Login is unbelievably frustrating. It repeatedly makes you enter your info. Remember email doesn't work, trust device for 30 days doesn't work, and no biometrics. Find a new developer! What's the point if you can't navigate the app? Terrible! I deleted it!

App is horrible can't log into my account and no one so far who works than knows how to get into it either. Stayed on phone for an hour just for the lady to have me re do everything I had already done three times over. They should of kept their old system, it was much easier to get into and to and navigate.
