this app is completely stupid. Why on earth do you allow non paying customers the ability to reserve and lock up your inventory over a paying customer? Every remotely interesting car is usually reserved and unavailable. For weeks it seems. They need to poop or get off the pot and let a paying customer buy they car. 99% of dealerships are first come, first serve. Money talks, you know what walks. At least make them put a deposit on the car to hold it, not keep it from a paying customer.

If you separate the car searching app from the auto finance account payment system app, then I'm sure there wouldn't be many issues. I have to redoing my sign in creation and biometric enable option every time I need to look at OR even pay my bill . It's sad we are still having these types of issues. It's the most basic need for any app - remember my sign in info and settings. biometric does nothing if I have to set it up EVERY SIGN TIME. At least the Payment system actually works!!!

Honestly, what the heck were they thinking when they decided to "update" the app??? I literally had no complaints or problems before!! I was able to make all payments and find anything I needed, super quick and easy. But with this new app update, they make you jump through 30 hoops just to make a car payment! Very frustrating, and makes me almost want to never buy here again! :/
