Used to be able to pay early without any issues with the autopay feature. Idiots charged me twice and now I'm getting hit with overdraft fees waiting for my refund. They didn't wait long to take the money out of my account the second time and now taking their sweet time putting it back while my account's in the negative. SCREW YOU CARMAX!

I used to love the older version of this app. There was absolutely nothing wrong with it. Now it's complicated, and not as easy to browse. Hopefully, you will switch back to the previous version. Update: 7-18-24 Now the app doesn't work at all. I've cleared all Cache and Data for this app, and updated it. The app keeps wanting my location. And even when I specify my location, nothing happens and no vehicles load. I'm not using a VPN service either. Im at a loss.

WORSE APP EVER!!!! I usually do not give ratings or comments, but this APP is HORRIBLE. All I want to do is sign onto my account, make a payment, see my statement, etc. WHY THE ADVERTISEMENTS takes over the app, PURCHASE OPTIONS, ETC. If I have an account now, I shouldn't be hit or overwhelmed with other stuff. The app keeps jumping to either the 2 Step Access screen or Location Screen that's frozen and doesn't work. I had to reboot the app several several times. I'm deleting this app. Done!
