Ratings and reviews

False advertisement. Dismissive customer support. All three of their big promises they won't keep. Parts fit, guaranteed, throw that out the window. Entered all car details in it asked for, still got the wrong part and because I didn't pay extra for "shipping protection," they won't give me a full refund. The part was late and their returns process is a pain in the rear. customer support was condescending and unhelpful when. the only guarantee you'll see is money your money gone in the wind.

watch out for shipping date scheme, it will tell you a nice fast arrival date when you are paying them . then you'll get the notification item shipped but arrival date will be over a week later than stated at time of purchase! so frustrating especially because it's car parts were being lied to about . not a book or some bs. it's for transportation!! do better

your ordering system sucks royally. you offer multiple quantities, but upon selecting a quantity of 2 and proceeding to the checkout it reverts the quantity back to 1. This wasn't a 1x thing, so I can only assume that you like to bait and switch to make the consumer have to order mismatched products and pay separate shipping charges. If I could give you a negative rating, I would. This is horrible customer service.
