I have trouble logging into my account using this as well as the browser version. When I attempt to reset the password it us giving me an error message. please call me to fix this problem or I am going to cancel the subscription. Thank you in advance for the help. I am on the phone with your "customer service" for over 25 minutes. I can't imagine what would if I was trying to get a repair covered, if you cannot handle a login problem.

Nope,the app doesn't even work. Blank white screen. Your reply: Developer response: Thank you so much for your feedback and for bringing this issue to our attention. We were experiencing some technical difficulties, but we're happy to let you know that the problem has been resolved! Nope, it still doesn't work. Blank white screen that doesn't do anything. Come on already, it's been like this for months. Fix it! Or update with an option negative stars to give!

The previous version of the carshield app was much better and much more simple. When I log into the app it's very buggy and many things do not display properly. Also it continues to ask about creating an account when I already have the account created with the password. There are too many advertisements on the entire page. I'm beginning to feel like I should just change companies to a different company that offers the same services.
