Honestly, it was a great experience. Very good service First time was great The next times were much more greater, they never decieved me, sending me to my front door a wel-shaped car. For the car rental and arrival, I just get used to their service. I contact them on WhatsApp, they finish up all procedures on the app for me, then just one hour later they get me the car to my front door. They're honest. If I ask about a certain car they never lied that they have it then it turns out not!!

Very nice person and thank for delivering the car ontime

Very bad customer service, I rented once through this app, and now the car rental agency is claiming an unpaid bill 5 years later. The app customer service did not help setting records straight with their car rental agency. Never again !
