Honestly, it was a great experience. Very good service First time was great The next times were much more greater, they never decieved me, sending me to my front door a wel-shaped car. For the car rental and arrival, I just get used to their service. I contact them on WhatsApp, they finish up all procedures on the app for me, then just one hour later they get me the car to my front door. They're honest. If I ask about a certain car they never lied that they have it then it turns out not!!

Very nice person and thank for delivering the car ontime

Horrible renting experience. Rented a small size car for a month. Two weeks in the battery died and their ally never responded to my calls for 3 days. Customer support was useless and could not assist me in the problem I raised a complaint asking for an extension for the same days that the car was broken down, they told me a supervisor will reach out to me, and he never did. I tried returning the car for three days, they wouldn't respond until I threatened to abandon the car.
