When I first moved to the area, and went to the one on Nine Mile, and enjoyed the app, the offers, the staff, but last couple times I try to use the app, it keeps being stuck on the loading, and can't seem to get to the page where I can purchase and etc. I even un-installed it, and tried it again. Still the same issue. I really want to use the app.

Overall, the app works, but it won't allow you to use more than one phone/device - which is ridiculous. I get the message "Your account is registered on another device. You must wait 30 days to switch your device." Please fix the app to allow multiple devices. Based on other reviews, I'm not the only one having this issue.

Updated to trash I guess they hired some freelancer to build the app and we are the beta tester. App doesn't transfer data. Logging in doesn't show previous memberships. Adding a vehicle by plate doesn't auto pull membership. Migrating membership doesn't recognize car. Must change the state of the membership and then an error. This app needs attention. Oh.. points expire @ 1yr. You get 250pts each payment...4500 pts would take 18 months but previous points will expire. Math ain't math'n
