Since Android 10 background clipboard access has been limited so you have to grant these ADB permissions to Clip Stack on your computer:

Love having this app! For someone who does a lot of reading and research, I frequently come across info I want to keep track of. I used to have a running document to store it all, but it was tedious having to navigate away from my material, switch apps, paste every note, remember to save it, etc. This is a major time saver! Can't give 5 stars because it sometimes fails to create a new entry for what I've copied and it takes a couple tries, but it's not often and is still very efficient

~ GREAT ~ with this as a main medium & other choice components, backing it, a serious compiler can actually reclaim all past work from it say, the cellphone gets lost, broken, lifted, or just simply dies (solid-state batteries) as the type "C" & its "non-opening backplate" is prone to eventually experience.. when it goes, your external memory could be what remains.. to elaborate (in some apps), you must put cloud saving first at hand; also, to review this app, it works outside of the 'norm'..!!

I like how it works with Windows Clipboard history. I do wish it would just copy from Android without have to choose the option to copy to clip cloud but that is a minor issue. Just had to run the ADB commands as my Pixel 3 was just updated to Android 10. For some reason I got an error on the second command but after running the third command syncing from PC to Android starting working without any issues.
