As a sitter, the app is fairly easy to use though some navigations (e.g. submitting reviews of owners) are not so intuitive. I don't feel, for the percentage Cat in a Flat takes from bookings, that it does enough for the amount of money it takes from sitters. I would expect more. There seems to be very little coverage in my area (North England) and because it takes a while for users to set up a profile, I think that prohibits one-off bookings. Perhaps needs better social media integrations?

Very easy to use! It was several months before I gained a customer, and I was lucky that she's lovely to work for. I always make sure to arrive om schedule and send her a photo as an update. Perhaps as a developer feature, the owner could state whether they want the cat sitter to update them that they're coming X time beforehand, or that they're on their way. I'm worried about sending too many or too few messages, so an option could be helpful.

Amazing app. I've been using it as an owner and as a sitter, and its actually super handy! If i would change anything, I'd say there should be a way to sort your messages, either by most recent message, or by date of booking. (You can do this, but its not over clear) Also maybe a way to easily see what you'll make for each booking, not just what the person is paying - on the individual booking, not just in your daily rates. I'd rather not have to calculate each booking, or just wait and see.
