After the merge this app is terrible. cat in a flat was so easy to use and respond on, and pricing was so easy to understand. now they've added more fees for additional pets and booking fees which was never there before and made it so hard to understand where bookings are and to respond. luckily over the years I was on cat on a flat I made friends with a lot of people and no longer need the app, but it means for all new owners it makes it harder for them to find someone at a reasonable price.

##update## I got in touch with the support and I must say they were very helpful and quick. back up to 5* **(previous issue)It was looking to be a good app but I went to log in today to be told I needed to update.. ok not an issue.. so I thought. OMG I couldn't be more wrong after 5 or 6 attempts to log in deleting & re installing as suggested eventually got in but everything was gone.

I used the app for the first time since the merge today. First it wouldn't update. Then I installed it and it was so difficult to use. My very old Rover account completely overtook my normal Cat In a Flat account. I couldn't find my bookings without finding the sitter themselves and then clicking into it. The app is slow and not easy to use. Bring back the old version!
