Can you place an order? Yes. Is it easy? No. Some graphics cover up text so you can't click on certain things. Same thing for the top and bottom buttons on the main menu - they're unclickable on my phone because they are covered by the top bar. Also, when you click on options or even complete the order, the app is slow to respond. The app developer really needs to polish some things up, because this app is clunky. I'd rather dump this and use the website.

Annoyed. I loved the app. I had my complicated 🫣 order saved and was almost to another tier. I thought I'd check the 12 days of Christmas I keep getting emails about and it didn't automatically log me in like normal. I could tell the app was different. It’s cute. But it's like I've never been there in my life and it's probably my favorite place to go.... As I think about it I even lost a reward I was saving 😤 BAD FORM

App is alright but could easily be improved. The worst thing about it is how slow it is. It took me 6 minutes to order food with the minimum amount of inputs I could do for a bowl and side. This app is slower than whataburger's app, if that gives some context. The rewards program significantly improved recently, and I love the food, so it is not all bad. If you have little patience then I wouldn't bother with this app. I also get signed out more often than not. Would be 4.5 *s if faster.
