I've used the app for some years now and it simply does exactly what I need it to do. No fuss. No nags. All very straightforward. Other family members have cards on the same account and it's easy to keep track of our spending, switch currencies, add funds etc. Happy to recommend. Separately from the app, when my son lost his card, the replacement arrived very quickly indeed, again with no fuss or bother.

Good app, good service and1 generally you get a good deal. I've used the card abroad and feel more comfortable out and about with a top up card ones. One thing I've never understood and not had an answer to is how the exchange rate on the landing page of the app is different (higher) than the rate I get when I top up. Not sure if the higher rate is a minimum spend which I'm not meeting, but it's not clear. Email replies have been good with other matters but I haven't had a reply to this

This is a great app, easy to track spending and top up on the go. It would be good to know the rate for all other global currencies. I believe Caxton use the MasterCard rate plus a set percentage. But I just can't seem to find this percentage anywhere. This would allow users to predict the cost before spending, rather than seeing the rate retrospectively. It's a decent rate, so I dont see the harm I'm sharing it, maybe even add a live conversion tool?
