Very bad service, of all this com BANK digital apps fix them quickly, a very stupid security system you have introduced in all these apps, we as consumers find difficult to login and access 🤨🤨😠👎

One of the worst customer service, I send money to home by mistake I add one account number extra but more than 8days the money is not return to my account, when if we as to the customer service by email they will not response, I don't know how that's money will re found are not as well.

Never opens within few seconds. At least not after 1 minutes sometimes. It keeps loading . Just fix the bugs. The interface also not cconvenient at all. Check the BML app. How fast it process. Whats the point if customers cant access to accounts when they want !!
