Never opens within few seconds. At least not after 1 minutes sometimes. It keeps loading . Just fix the bugs. The interface also not cconvenient at all. Check the BML app. How fast it process. Whats the point if customers cant access to accounts when they want !!

One of the worst customer service, I send money to home by mistake I add one account number extra but more than 8days the money is not return to my account, when if we as to the customer service by email they will not response, I don't know how that's money will re found are not as well.

I am really fed up with this bank. It's my salary account and I wonder why you guys taking such a long time for a transaction. If it's BML they transfer money within 30 minutes. If there is an option to change the bank I would do that And why there is no transperancy ? Why I am not able to see the transaction history on the app?? Why it's taking almost half a day to do the transaction?
