Useless app. Logs out often, doesn't show the required details, horribe navigation and UI, and features are less. For example, you need to login from PC to edit the daily limits. If you do a transaction, the details aren't visible to take a screen capture as proof, and the details become visible after about a day.

For system issues , you may write to digitalbanking@combank.net with a contact number. An agent will contact you for support . You can find vital features via mobile app and all functions are contained in the Web application. Obtaining screen shot is disabled from the app for security precaution. Transaction receipt available in 'online activity'.

The ComBank Digital app needs major improvements. There's no fingerprint or easy login—typing username and password every time is frustrating. Beneficiaries can't be saved without sending money, which is inconvenient. The UI feels outdated, and many key features are hard to find or missing. A modern banking app should offer a smoother, more user-friendly experience. Please update the app to meet today’s standards.

Dear User, thank you for the feedback. You can use the biometrics feature on your mobile device. To enable biometric Login, go to 'User Profile' > 'Manage My Devices'. In order to save beneficiaries login via web version and you can create beneficiaries through "Manage Beneficiaries' option. For further assistance please contact us on +94112353596

The app works well and I haven't got any errors, bugs or other performance issues thus far. The majority of banking needs are included and the security side of it is also good. The app's navigation is smooth and clean but the UI can be improved because it's a bit outdated by today's standards imo. Overall, one of the best banking apps here, considering both functionality and security.
