Useless app. Logs out often, doesn't show the required details, horribe navigation and UI, and features are less. For example, you need to login from PC to edit the daily limits. If you do a transaction, the details aren't visible to take a screen capture as proof, and the details become visible after about a day.

For system issues , you may write to digitalbanking@combank.net with a contact number. An agent will contact you for support . You can find vital features via mobile app and all functions are contained in the Web application. Obtaining screen shot is disabled from the app for security precaution. Transaction receipt available in 'online activity'.

This banking app has unfortunately become completely unusable for me. I am unable to log in because the app repeatedly shows an “exceeding maximum registered device” error, even though I am using the same device. On top of that, the app constantly refers to a previous biometric login failure and forces me to change my password again and again before attempting to log in. Even after resetting the password, the same cycle repeats, preventing access to the account.

I’m living overseas and trying to log into my Commercial Bank of Ceylon (ComBank) account, but I can’t remember my username. When I select “having trouble logging in,” it still asks for the username—which defeats the whole purpose. There’s no option for email verification, OTP, or any proper recovery method, so I’m stuck in a loop. I had the same issue back in 2020 when I first registered. The process was complicated and not user-friendly, so I deleted the app. Now in 2026, nothing has improved.
