Useless app. Logs out often, doesn't show the required details, horribe navigation and UI, and features are less. For example, you need to login from PC to edit the daily limits. If you do a transaction, the details aren't visible to take a screen capture as proof, and the details become visible after about a day.

For system issues , you may write to digitalbanking@combank.net with a contact number. An agent will contact you for support . You can find vital features via mobile app and all functions are contained in the Web application. Obtaining screen shot is disabled from the app for security precaution. Transaction receipt available in 'online activity'.

Really slow and unresponsive. also logs you out after a very short time...making you go to the bank to get it resolved Update: stayed at the bank for over two hours to meet the rep handling cases on the app... there was a handful of people, but taking over an hour to resolve a single case was a bit too long... walked out

The UI is a complete trash. Why there is no option to save beneficiaries? I have to manually enter everything for every transaction. Why don't you have an option to pay otye bank credit cards? Why do we have to see all device activities to find a payment receipt? Yes your bank and services your services are one of the best but I have to give you a big L for this banking app. Worst thing is even after hundreds of reviews over the past 4,5 years you still haven't able to fix simple thing

To create beneficiaries, log in to the web version and navigate to Self Management > Manage Beneficiary. For assistance, call 1316 or email digitalbanking@combank.net.
