I wouldn't even give a star. the worst app I came across would never recommend anyone. Firstly their Given Customer ID can't be reached. 2nd I had ordered 10 days ago still the order has not been despatched. 3rd Due to technical error I ordered the same item twice. Told to cancel one , the computer says I have raised a ticket. You come back after sometime and again same issue. The item is not cancelled. the worst app. Please people don't get fooled by their advertisement.

Once you receive the order, the after sales support is absolutely horrendous. I had an issue with the sizing of one of my product. They have mentioned that you can raise a complaint within 72 hours, which I have. Asked me to pack the order for return and that I would charged extra 1k. However, no one solved the issue even after raising a complaint more than 3/4 times. All I got was we will get back to you.

SCAM SCAM SCAM !!!!!! I ordered a pair of shoes , When I opened it , one insole was missing and the shoes were clearly work and damaged . some parts were torn as well . The website even after 20 days of receiving is still not showing delivered. I tried contacting the customer care team through WhatsApp , instagram and email but no response whatsoever. This app is purely a scam don't go for this website
