Awful app, you can't add items to your cart without it giving an error over and over, can't submit payment if after dozens of attempts it does actually add something to your cart because that process is broken. If you switch to a computer to submit the order you then have to come back to the app to get a distance measurement but that it also broken. (You can use the website but it rejects every picture you submit). This is on a fully up to date Pixel 8 Pro, it's a poor app. I gave up.

Great idea and app but it only lets you try on certain colors at home and the shipping takes a very long time. I did this a few years ago and I don't remember the shipping being this long. Also sucks that they only let you try on 5 at a time so if you don't like the frames you send them back and then have to wait another 3 weeks or so before you can try on more. Other than that though it's a great app.

Terrible app and customer service. I tried to purchase glasses, they needed a picture with my PD. I provided it and they waited a full week before telling me it wasn't good enough and I needed to provide another one. I spent 30 minutes with customer service trying to resolve this issue and they didn't know how to do it either. I eventually had to cancel. very disappointed.
