App is useless. Every time you scan the QR code on a charger it says you need to add a payment method. There is already a payment method attached to my account. I tried deleting and re-adding multiple bank cards. They save in the "account" tab no problem but still ask you to add a new payment method every time you scan a QR to charge or select "just charge" in the menu. When you add the payment details following the prompt after scanning it says there is no Internet connection. Fix this!!!!

Don't bother installing. Not reliable. I set it up one day. The next day it hadn't remembered my card details. Tried again , but wouldn't connect to the internet (I tried WiFi and 4G, both of which worked otherwise). It also didn't tell you at install time that it is a requirement to enable camera access (for scanning a QR code at the charger), so after installation I had to find my phone's app settings to change permissions. Ugh!

App stops working as soon as I click on confirmation to charge. Payment request redirected to Mastercard for ex, then nothing happens; app is completely stuck and no option whatsoever to go back to the menu itself. App issues are pushed on the customer (clear cache, delete app, call bank to authorise app) despite being a clear app issue. This is a recent development, and not a client friendly one at all. My last charge was 4th August and it worked.
