Ugh! This app is just so glitchy! Tried to place an order for tomorrow morning multiple times, even deleting and re-adding credit cards and each time it gave me an error that said to only try one more time within the next thirty minutes and that I'd probably have a charge on my card that would be refunded within a few days. So much for getting my discounted drink because now the offer will expire.

Good but... I love the app and the coffee is amazing but I wish I could merge my giftcards. I have a few GCs that have like a dollar or two and they just sit on my account. The whole GC part of the app could be WAY better. Easier to use when viewing multiple cards and a merge balance option would be a great start.

Unable to customize drink (for example, requesting half-sweet or half the pumps of syrup) on the app and you aren't able to leave a note on your order. Additionally, when I received my birthday reward, it wasn't populating in the section to use the reward and the cashier was unable to apply it to the drink. I wasn't able to apply the birthday reward to the mobile order either. update: the apply rewards button on Google Pixel is still not working
