Bad Ass Coffee of Hawaii was born on the Big Island of Hawaii in 1989 and is dedicated to serving premium Hawaiian coffees with a "kick" at our franchise locations. In addition to premium Hawaiian coffees, we proudly serve up a full menu of popular blended drinks, signature lattes, cold brews, teas and innovative foods with a Hawaiian twist.

Ugh! This app is just so glitchy! Tried to place an order for tomorrow morning multiple times, even deleting and re-adding credit cards and each time it gave me an error that said to only try one more time within the next thirty minutes and that I'd probably have a charge on my card that would be refunded within a few days. So much for getting my discounted drink because now the offer will expire.

Unable to customize drink (for example, requesting half-sweet or half the pumps of syrup) on the app and you aren't able to leave a note on your order. Additionally, when I received my birthday reward, it wasn't populating in the section to use the reward and the cashier was unable to apply it to the drink. I wasn't able to apply the birthday reward to the mobile order either.

I tried to place an order to avoid waiting in line. Every time I entered my credit card information, I got a "oops" error, with the details being a "socket exception: failed host lookup". So much for beating the line!
